Poetics of the Body

Description: Poetics of the Body (1 hour, 30 min)

We often hear the phrase "the body knows," but how often do we truly pause to hear and listen to our body-wisdom? This workshop will be offering a moment of pause and mindful connection with the body; we will be utilizing deep-breathing, slow intentional movement, and writing to process what our bodies have to share with us. There will be a brief introduction into why sensuality-healing is essential, and what Oshunality and our collective Astrological transits have to say about this. Looking forward to refilling our cups together.
