@Cynthia D (Facilitator) and I are ready for next Sunday! We’re hoping to honor poetry month in a beautiful way.

As part of our countdown! We’re hoping you could all share your fave poems. For me, los zapaticos de Rosa by Jose Marti was the first poem that touched me at a young age. And Elizabeth Acevedo’s spoken word performance for Hair, changed my life in many ways. It encouraged me to liberate parts of me, which includes my hair.

Share your faves ❤️!
