In "Letters To My Younger Self" workshop you'll be given the opportunity to travel back in time and write letters to different versions of yourself. Writing prompts will be provided to help you reflect on your life journey and create healing through writing. Participants are encouraged to bring a photo of themselves to the workshop. Remember that you have everything you need to make it through, and let the healing power of writing help
you along the way.
