What are the unspoken rules in your family? The sayings that echo through generations? The rituals, beliefs, and expectations that have shaped who you are?

In this generative writing workshop, we’ll use list-making as a creative and critical tool to explore the stories we inherit—those passed down through culture, family, and community—and reflect on the ones we carry, question, or choose to rewrite.

Through guided prompts, participants will:
