Sometimes, the sharpest truths live in the smallest spaces. In this generative writing workshop, we’ll explore the art of the micro memoir—a personal story told in 150 words or less. Through guided prompts and reflection, we’ll practice distilling memory, emotion, and meaning into powerful short-form pieces.

Participants will experiment with form, language, and compression—learning how to say more with less while still preserving voice and impact. Whether for publication, performance, or personal discovery, micro memoirs offer a way to write boldly, honestly, and without excess.
