Every piece of writing contains a quiet turning point—the instant something shifts internally, even if nothing changes on the surface. This workshop centers on locating and writing into that moment.

Writers will generate new work by entering scenes of transition, realization, or rupture, paying close attention to sensory detail, internal movement, and consequence. Rather than writing an entire arc, the focus is on capturing the precise moment where understanding, direction, or identity changes.

Participants will leave with a pivotal scene or passage that can serve as a structural anchor for a larger project.
