Finding Your Unique Angle: Saying Something Familiar in a Way Only You Can
Every writer circles the same big themes — love, family, migration, faith, identity, ambition. The difference isn’t what you write about. It’s how you see it.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to take a familiar theme and approach it from an unexpected angle. Instead of trying to be “original” by picking a rare topic, you’ll focus on deepening your perspective — shifting point of view, changing emotional distance, and rethinking the lens through which you tell the story.
Through guided exercises, you’ll:
Rewrite the same moment from different angles
Experiment with voice and stance
