Workshop title: Sanconcho en el Campo: Writing about food and the agriculture landscape
Workshop description: As diasporic people, our food memories and experiences in the agrarian landscape tell stories of privilege, oppression, comfort, struggle, passion, and sadness.Food and Agriculture, how we eat and how we farm, is part of the political, social, physical, and psychological process of explaining culture, society, and systems of power and oppression.
