Sometimes the stories we need to write are not the ones we immediately remember. They live beneath the surface—in emotions, instincts, and inner voices we rarely give language to.

This workshop invites writers to explore the quieter parts of themselves that shape their stories. Through reflective prompts and generative writing, participants will listen for the inner voice that carries memory, truth, and perspective. Instead of starting with events, writers begin with feeling and allow the story to emerge from within.

The session encourages curiosity, honesty, and creative exploration, helping writers discover personal narratives they may not have expected to write.
